| Describe the pricing model for your enterprise content management platform | There is no cost for the software licenses (not per-user, per-server or per-CPU). All packaged products and frameworks are open source and available at no charge under the open source LGPL license agreement. The Nuxeo revenue stream is predominantly derived from the sale of support and maintenance packages (the Nuxeo Connect subscription program). Nuxeo Connect pricing is based on an annual subscription. Pricing begins with a base package. Additional premium support options, with pricing tiered based on the Service Level Agreement with Silver, Gold and Platinum levels, are also available. Each SLA has specific response times outlined in the standard subscription agreement. All pricing is published on our Nuxeo Connect web page. |

Maintenance and support is priced on a per-instance basis, not by user or server. The entry level maintenance subscription package is called Nuxeo Connect - Base. It is the starting point for the premium Connect subscriptions, and professional services. Connect - Base includes access to the customer-only Connect Portal, ability to log issues, influence roadmap, get access to hot fixes and patches, and access to Nuxeo Studio, the online configuration and customization toolset for the Nuxeo Platform. Pricing and full package details for Nuxeo Connect - Base is available on the Nuxeo Connect web page. Connect subscriptions agreements are an annual contract, and priced in local currency (either USD or Euros). |
