Fix Drive Announcement on Boot
We fixed a regression from Nuxeo Drive 5.2.8, displaying the update popup every time Drive was open.

Review Auto-update Mechanism
The Auto-update feature and the Auto Install new updates are now disabled by default when starting a Nuxeo Drive from Scratch and we've reviewed the labels to make it more clear.
