The following steps will allow you to activate the UI development mode. This mode displays additional information about rendered layouts/widgets.
- Set up the dev mode, the process is detailed on the page Supporting Hot Reload.
- Click on the link Activate UI Development Mode.
- To get the information of an element in the UI, keep the 'shift' key pressed and mouse hover the element you are looking for.
A panel will display the information at the bottom of the page.
This is very useful when you want to know the id of an element or its category.
